Mala Power!

I would like to share one incident recently happened with me. Few days back I was on official visit to a place where I was staying in a hotel. I reached at 6:00 am in the hotel where a young chap receives me. During check-in he told me that as you have arrived earlier, than normal check-in time, you have to pay for two days. I negotiated for early check-in charges and according to me he agreed for it.

The next day when I was checking out from the hotel, the manager was furious on the young boy for getting agreed for such early check-in charges. The young boy had raised his voice and started arguing with me. Analyzing the situation, I quickly stop the boy, before he says any think he regrets, and agreed for two days rent (because it may cost his salary cut).
I was waiting for my cab, in the lobby. The boy came to me and apologies for his raised voice. He quickly noticed that I am wearing a Tulsi mala. He said that I am having anger issues and quickly panic in any situation. He further said that I have heard that Tulsi mala helps in keeping calm.
At that situation I had two options one is to say that mala does not have any power in its self. It is you who holds the complete power in you. And the second option was to tell a lie which might motivate him to control his anger issues by the means of Tulsi mala.
I choose the second one. I understand that no one wants free advice when they are not in the state to receive it. Therefore, I encouraged the boy to take the Tulsi mala which shall help you in controlling your anger issues.
I know that I was telling lie but my intension was to help the guy.
