Kick off Meeting - Commencement of Contract
In a contact, one of the most Important aspect is Commencement of Contract.
Many times, it happens that the contract specify an activity
that shall be treated as commencement of contract.
In those cases, only for the purpose of contract duration,
the date of execution of that particular activity shall be treated as
commencement of contract.
However, it does not mean that contract, prior to that activity is void.
Contract exist from the date of acceptance of offer.
In this regards Kick of meeting – First meeting after the existence
of contract, is an important activity. Both parties must reiterate their Targets
and commitments regarding early phases of Contract.
