Water Melon Syndrome
When things look all Good and green on the surface and when
we dig deep it is found the things are worrying and all Red in inside.
In any organisation, generally the reports are made under
the effect of Water melon syndrome.
The basic nature of Water melon syndrome is to push the
problems in future. In this process the problems grow and become unavoidable.

Leaders: Don’t get satisfied from the cover.

Working lever: Pushing problems cannot be a
