Productivity Paradox

Productivity Paradox: Does it happen with you?

 1. High investment on inventory but fail to meet the demand.

 2. Excess resources available but the end result delayed.

3. Low cost labour engaged but production cost is high.

4. Large variety is offered but customers are still dissatisfied.

5. Top line grows but the bottom line shrinks.

Excellent performance in some areas does not qualify the growth in business.

To end such productivity paradoxes, a holistic view needs to be adopted.
